For brands that want a real wholesale channel
Nobody has the hours to build wholesale. We go to the stores for you, with your products, and we don't stop at the reply.

One conversation, cold to closed
One store, start to finish. The green marks are the parts that run on their own. You press send once.

The path every store takes
Every store goes through these five steps. We handle each one and line up the next, so nothing stalls. Samples are optional. If you don't send them, stores get your terms instead.
01 · Hears from you
One message, written for its kind of shopBookshops hear about the gift table. Cafés hear about margin per cup. Each hears what it cares about, so more of them buy.02 · Replies
"What are your terms?"The answer is already drafted. You just press send.03 · In your Shopify
Synced in, so no lead gets lostEvery interested store goes into your Shopify wholesale system, with pricing and terms already set.04 · Followed up
A sample, or straight to termsIf you send samples, a follow-up goes out the day it lands. If not, they get your terms and a nudge.05 · Repeat orders
First order to standing re-orderThey order through your portal. When it's time to restock, it emails them, and a first order becomes a recurring one.How it works
Stores stock the brands they hear from. We send every message for you, from the first email to the order.
Pick what you make · the page rewrites itself

01 · Reach
We build your list by store type and email each one about what it cares about. Bookshops hear about the gift table. Cafés hear about margin per cup. One unique message per business type, to thousands of stores a month, so it reads as relevant instead of a generic pitch. That is what gets replies.

02 · Reason
A reply isn't a sale. So every interested reply lands in Slack or our CRM with the answer already drafted. One click: Send. If you ship samples, your Shopify tells us the day it lands and a follow-up goes out with first-order pricing. If you don't, they get your terms, and we follow up if they go quiet.

03 · Convert
A first order isn't a channel. So we build the wholesale side of your Shopify. A store applies, you approve, and the rest is already wired: pricing and terms set, a nudge if they go quiet, an email when it's time to re-order.

Who we work with
How we work with you
You are not buying a tool and being left to operate it. The list, the sending, the follow-ups and the portal are ours to run. The software behind them is ours too, which is why we shape it around your business instead of asking your business to fit it.

The night shift · it answers and follows up while you're away
It's not that these stores don't want to buy from you, they just don't know you exist

Getting started
We learn the brand, pick the store types, build the hand-filtered list, and wire up Slack or our CRM.
The step everyone skips. New sending addresses need a couple of weeks of warm-up to land in the inbox, not spam. We run it on our side.
Thousands of stores hear from you. Replies land the same week, answers already drafted.
The follow-ups run on their own. First orders start turning into re-orders.
Why we started this
We're a marketing agency first, and we still are. Working with brands, we kept seeing the same gap: wholesale was a huge channel almost nobody was actively working. Faire and the other marketplaces only bring the buyers who happen to browse. Meanwhile, D2C has gotten more expensive and less consistent every year.
So we started going out to the stores directly, the ones that would love a brand and simply hadn't heard of it. It worked for our clients well enough that we built it into a standalone service. Now a team with no B2B sales capability can be in the wholesale market in a few weeks, from independent boutiques up to the large retailers.

Questions
If you're an ecommerce brand that wants a real wholesale channel, yes. If a store would stock it, we can pitch it. What changes per client is the list and the messaging, segmented by store type.
Slack, our CRM, or both. Every positive reply arrives with a suggested response attached. Send it as is, or edit first.
You ship it as you normally would. A trigger in your Shopify tells us the day it's delivered. The follow-up asks how it held up and attaches first-order pricing, and the reply lands in Slack with the next answer already drafted.
Two follow-ups, on day 3 and day 14, then we stop unless they reply. Stores that open an account on your portal but don't order get one nudge a few days later. Past buyers hear from you when it's time to re-order.
No. Everything sends from our own pre-warmed addresses, never yours. We add sending capacity as your volume grows, and your domain's reputation is untouched either way.
Volume follows what you need. Most brands start between 5,000 and 15,000 retailers a month, and we move it up or down depending on how aggressive you want to be and what your fulfilment can take. Every store is filtered for fit by a person, buyer named, address verified.
Yes. We build the wholesale side of your Shopify so buyers can order without emailing you, and every new account flows into the same follow-up system. We set up Klaviyo or your own email platform on the wholesale list too, so restock and new-season emails go out on their own.
Two months to start, then month to month. Long enough for the warm-up and the first orders to land, short enough that we have to keep earning it.
Sending starts in week three and replies start the same week. How quickly replies become orders depends on your terms and category.
